Does anyone know or have heard of a mod or kit to make a HyGain HAM IV Rotator have variable speed like some yaesu rotors? thanks.

I believe the HAM IV uses a syncronous AC motor so a speed control would have to vary the frequency of the AC going to the motor - not a simple task.
