NC-109 Help Needed

I recently bought an old NC-109 receiver from EBAY.  I had the seller pull the tubes before shipping to keep them safe.  The problem is some of the tubes are not marked, theres no tube layout sheet and no manual.

I need to have a basic tube layout sketch to get the tubes placed, if I can ID the tubes.  I would appreciate your help and advice.

For the tube markings, here's an old trick that MIGHT help.

Stick the unmarked/partially marked tubes in the freezer for a while.  When they are good and chilled, you can often read the markings.  Sometimes a light exhale across the cold tube will also help bring up the marking.

Not guaranteed, but often works!
