I'm looking for an LM1823 chip to fix a cable box. As this chip is no longer manufactured please could you all search your junk boxes and see if you have one ? Email to pmgant@freestart.hu if you find one of these beasties and we can sort out payment.

The reason why you couldn't find an LM1823 is because you didn't cross-reference it before you did the search. Mouser Electronics has it listed as an NTE875. Go to http://www.nteinc.com/ and download NTE's cross-reference software. The part you are looking for can be found at:
