I was looking online and cant find out much information about the Kenwood TK-809. Does know how to program this radio?

I'm looking at buying a couple of the TK-809s for our county EOC. I understyand that they are striaghtforward to convert to 440. Any information you might have that will help in the process would be appreciated.
