This is from the ARRL web page, "FCC Amateur Radio Enforcement Letters for the Period Ending August 30, 2005" I'm posting it here because it doesn't seem to fit anywhere else and neither Eham nor QRZ have picked up on it yet. Looks like K1MAN renewed his license thru W5YI on July 22 and the FCC said "Wait a minute, we want to take another look at that!" Don't shoot me, I'm only the messenger.
