Hello,
I have a question concerning my trip to France. I plan to take my ICOM 706 with me. Is it necessary that I turn it on to demonstrate it works?
And also I would like to know if anyone has been to France within 2004 or 2005 and how I am allowed to operate with an American license? I read on the ARRL website that I need to send in paperwork ahead of time to get reciprocal permissions for 3 months.
Can anyone help me?
