BPL and Notching

Curious among other things they only talk about notching in the Amateur Radio bands. That would imply the rest of the HF spectrum that appeals to SWL's would be open for wanton signal pollution.

When will they ever learn that deliberate interference is deliberate interference, whether from BPL, electric fences, noisy appliances or whatever.

Basically, because there is a great difference between being educated and being smart. But don't forget the profit motive which to some people is the only justification necessary.
