The Japanese seem to be closing out all their HF radios costing under $1500. All you poor slaves living on the Ikensu plantation will soon be up to your eyeballs in red ink and unreliable, hard to service radios. How do you get young people into the hobby at those prices?

There are still alot of good serviceable radios from 20 years ago but they will become harder to find.
Something's got to change but since so many other aspects of the hobby threaten it now (commercial interests, poor operators, out of control government, indifference) the hobby has very little chance of surviving. The there is Iran, Iraq, bird flu, race relations, possible civil war, or a combination. The powers that be are warning us.

I can't help but imagine a future with degenerate gangs and political warlords fighting over what is left of America. Decent people will be living in fortified camps communicating with other camps with qrp radios and car batteries. Funny how thinks turn out but I degress...

There, there. It will be all right. The nurse will be in shortly with something to calm you down. In the mean while, go back to 6977 and have another QSO with ET.

LOL Gorilla.

So which are you? The rigid right wing Nazi, the porn viewing lowlife who needs to bag a babe and snort a line every 20 minutes, or hopefully something in between? Hard to find anyone any longer not in those two groups behind closed doors. Still it will make sorting things out alot easier at the end.

Don't have a license yet - study the code a few days! Are you really a gorilla or is that just a nickname? I didn't know gorillas were kept in the cities except some zoos.

I hope you had a nice dinner. They must cut your food into bite-size pieces, as I'm sure you aren't allowed near anything sharp. I'm sure they take good care of you in that hospital. You can bounce off the walls for exercise. The walls are well-padded. You won't hurt yourself. The doctor will be in to see you in the morning. Nigh-T-Nite dewd.

You're strong and assertive. Women like that but they won't say so. Are you a negro? I love black men. Email me sometime sweetie. Kim
