Sorry if this has been discussed on another thread/topic, but I'm wondering about interference that I've been hearing the past couple days on 40CW segments in the early morning.  It almost sounds like over the horizon radar from the old Russian woodpecker days.  Just much faster.  It is a very wide signal that spreads out from about 7.010 to 7.050.  It definitely is not local as it fades in and out.  I can hear the single letter Russian CW stations in the background.  Its not their during the day or evening.  Its probably been there a long time but I normally don't turn on the radio that early.
