Its not exactly restructuring and not exactly a band plan.

The license structure (Tech, General, Extra) doesn't change.  It's just a change in band assignments.

And it is not a band plan but a regulatory change in band assignments.  Big difference since band plans are voluntary and regulatory changes are not.

Well just trying to prevent someone from inadvertantly getting an OO notice or even a pink slip from the FCC.  It is essential to know the difference between band plans and regulatory limits.  If you wish to construe that as being an insult, that is your problem not mine.

It might also be important to note that the changes are not yet authorized, and won't be until 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.  Publication date is not known at this time.
