Traveling to Baja

What do I need to do to operate legally wile in Baja Mexico?
Any freq that are used by American Hams?

You need a permit from the Mexican government.  Last I heard it costs $90 ($US), but doesn't take long.

I found the details on ARRL web site but could not find where it says what I need to show customs people if they ask.  What is needed when customs ( US or Mexican) ask what this is and do I have a license to use it there.
