Try the Quarter Century Wireless Association.  They have call books going back quite a long period in time.

I looked under old call signs on QRZ as they have an old database back to 1993.  The call sign does not show up in that database.

W1DPC is listed in the 67, 68, and 70 callbook as belonging to a Sanford C. Curcie, (Advanced) Box 704, Nashua, NH. I can find no listing for the call from 1955 to 66, or after 74.

If you would like a copy of the listing, please let me know.

In my 1932 Callbook, W1DPC is listed as William Manning in Natick, MA.
