Many hams are now experimenting with broadcasting their station on live tv over the internet. A free website allows anyone to set up a TV channel to broadcast live video and audio using an inexpensive webcam and microphone.
I have been doing live video casting for a month now and over 5,900 people have clicked thorugh the channel so far, allowing me to chat with people all over the world, as well as to introduce ham radio to many.
The video broadcating website is free. Webcams can be bought for $30. To see how I've been using it go to: http://justin.tv/kq4ym
