I have a really nice headset that was made and wired for a Motorola Jedi series radio. The end that plugs into the radio is a threaded 3.5mm connector and I believe it is 4 pin. So both the mic and audio are run in the same connector. I would like to either build or buy a connector that would allow me to separate the audio and mic into their own 3.5mm and 2.5mm connectors so that I can run it into my Yaesu VX-170 with CT-91 adapter.
Hopefully I've explained that well
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
