In the Eham reviews area there is a post which seems to indicate the FT-950 and the Yaesu Tune Control do not tune together on all bands. I called Jerry at BetterRF and asked him when this would be fixed and he said it works fine with the FT-950. My question is, is there someone out there using the FT-950 with the Yaesu Tune Control who can confirm it works on all the FT-950 bands? I have an Icom AH-4 I'd like to use with it. Thank you for any info you can provide. 73 de Ken AB3CN

You are not alone.  A fellow ham locally sold me his FT-950 for this very reason.  Instead of trying to figure it all out, he went back to using Icom equip.

Did you do the mod for the BetterRF control for the ft-950? He has it on his web site at http://www.betterrf.com/yaesu-tune.html

Yes, the ham I had first emailed did do the mod prior to using the control between the AH-4 and FT-950.

Still waiting to see if anyone else out there has it working 100%.
