Looking for an old 73 Magazine article from the mid to late 70s.  This is a construction article for an antenna called the "Little Wonder", a limited space "tunable" (via antenna tuner) vertical antenna.  I had some success with this antenna and I wanted to try it again, unfortunately I can't find my copy of the article, so I don't know the specifics anymore.  Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately that antenna is for 20-10.  I used this on 40 and 80 as well.
