Hello all,

Back in November, around the 13th if I remember correctly. I ordered 2 Low Voltage Disconnect boards from FAR Circuits based on plans from the Nov 1993 QST article.

I used paypal to pay for items and after a couple days of waiting the money never transfered from my account to theirs.  I called them up to ask when they might be taking the money. First time I called I was greeted by an answering machine so I left a message and expected somebody to call back, well that never happened.  So later in the day I call back again, this time somebody answers. I was told they didn't see any requests sitting in their 'in' box. The long and short of this part is I had used '.com' instead of '.net' at the end of their email address so obviously they never got it.

No big and while I have them on the phone I ask how long before I see the product once I correct my error with paypal.  The gentleman after searching for a bit can not find any such project and after we discuss it some more comes to the conclusion that he is out of stock but can make more boards in less then a week.

Great, I make the paypal connections on Nov 18th and the money xfers into his account in a matter of hours.  However I have yet to see anything showing up in the mail.

So I email him back on the December 5th and again yesterday Dec 11 asking for a status of my order.  No response has been given to either email.

Have other people had problems like this with this company?
