Making contact with Steppir

I have been trying to place an order with Steppir for several weeks now, but cannot get a response at all.

I have tried orders@steppir.com and sales@steppir.com
but neither are producing a reply.

Would appreciate it if anyone knows of an alternative contact URL or who can assist.

The SteppIR folks are great in many ways but answering e-mail promptly has not been a strong suit. Try calling on the phone. I know. It's a pain because of the time zone difference and the cost but it will produce immediate results.
