Does anyone know of any reliable resources for the prediction of, or the strength of these solar phenomena? Does NASA or an astronomical researcher offer access to this info online?

There are many sites including NASA, JPL. I'm kind of simple by nature so I use:

A great site! please make a donation if you use it often like I do.
