Our club has a 5985-01-369-7744 Military surplus mast kit and we have lost the setup instructions.  We managed to get it in the air for Field Day, but the actual instructions would be useful in the future.  If anyone could email them to me it would be greatly appreciated.  We especially have problems with the "clips" that hold the guy ropes at the proper tension.  We usually just end up sticking the ropes in the slot and wrapping tape around them to keep them in place.
Thanks in advance.

hi danny,

I also lost the manual,
I can send you a photo of how to use
the clips on the guy ropes.

it is easy to forget how to do it.

James,

A photo would be great.  We had the instructions the first time we used the mast 3 or 4 years ago, but only use it a couple times a year.  Somehow they got lost early on.
There's no hurry on the photo, but when you can send one, I'd really appreciate it.  I could print it out and keep it with the mast.
The other thing we can't remember is the recommended distance away from the mast for the guy stakes.  I was thinking 5 paces, but could be wrong.

Thanks and 73,
Danny
