I also, need a FT-530 Manual. Please let me know if you've been lucky enough to locate a free pdf file version.  You can get one from the Yaesu website, tech. support for $7.50 + UPS.

Hi, If you still need the manual, I have it though it will take me a day or two to scan and email it to you.

Ross, I find that while my FT-530 sat in a drawer for 3 years without damage the manual seems to have gone Elvis.  I'd like a copy of the manual as well, if you have the time.  Thanks

Hi Alan,
Try  www.mods.dk, I got a complete manual for my Kenwood 440 for free. I'll e-mail the other guys about this too.

Gentlemen,
The site www.mods.dk has only a German version of the FT-530 manual.   (They do have some schematics, though.)
   The site http://www.electronicsrepair.net/scemes.html
states that they have a free downloadable copy of the manual, but I've tried the last two days to d/l without any luck.  (The site is in Russia and some of the links do work...)
Has anyone else found a copy that they'd be willing to share?

Pages 16 and 36 are blank.  I checked my manual to be sure.  As a note, my ft 530 was purchased while I was in Japan.  I happened to meet the guy who translated the actual ft 530 manual for yaesu.  He was kind enough to sign my manual for me.  The translated author of this manual is Andy 7J1ASU / KA3AWX

I know, it's an old thread, but maybe this will help someone anyway (these old threads *do* come up in searches). Here's where I just downloaded the Operator's Manual with Schematic for a FT-530:

http://www.radioamateur.eu/schemi/FT530_user.pdf

And yes, it's in English.
