I own the ICOM-706MK2G and I am thinking about hooking up an HF/6M antenna to the unit. Currently this radio is for Mobile use. Which automatic antenna tuner would be the best buy? AT-180, or AH-4.
Also what is the Pros & Cons with each of these??

Thanks and 73’s

What antenna would you be using. Th AH-4 is designed to feed long wire and whips. The at-180 is designed to feed balanced antenna's. Both are good but for different antennas.

The correct unit is the AH-4.

I have several articles published here on eham.net specifically covering the AH-4 in mobile operation.
