I have a FT-2800 mounted in my center console and have no problems. but my CB (i need it for my 4x4 club) bleeds through to my RCA patch cords that run from my head unit to my amplfier. I get mostly noise and a little voice(not the one in my head).  I think It's from the patch cords because it 's still there when a CD is in, so I don't think it's coming from the radio front end.
How can I shield either radio to reduce this?  I would like to move the FT-2800 to the dash to make room for an HF rig in the console, but I'm afraid the higher power would cause even more of a problem.
Thanks,
Darryl
