I have a tunable loading coil made by Master Mobile.  It is called the "Mighty Midget" and is part number 333.

Does anyone have information on the rest of the parts for this?  That is, size of base and whip, etc.?

I had a longer coil like that at one time.  Because the
coil is tunable, it can be used with a wide range of
antenna lengths.  I think the Hustler masts will work for
the bottom section (between the coil and the mount).  The
top whip can be whatever is handy, up to a total length
of 1/4 wave on the highest band you are going to operate.
I put a 108" CB whip on my coil and it improved signals
on the lower bands, but wouldn't tune higher than about
15m.  You may find that too short of a top whip will put
it out of tuning range on 40m (or whatever the lowest
design frequency is).  I'd shoot for the longest top whip
that fits the available height.  Something in the 4' to
5' range should work quite nicely.
