Is there a low profile dual band antenna (NMO mount), something like this:

If there is, I've never seen one. The monoband ones are less than unity gain, and have very narrow bandwidths. To the best of my knowledge, no one makes one to cover the amateur bands. That is to say, the lowest one Larsen makes has a low end of 151.02 MHz, and at 146 MHz, the SWR is well over 4:1.

As a rule, stealth and performance do not go hand and hand. AS and others have made AM/VHF combination antennas, and they didn't work all that well on either band.

About the stealthiest one around is the NMO2/70BK Larsen, Yes you have to drill a hole, but once installed, no one takes much notice.
