Anyone out there mounted a VHF/UHF rig in a Chevy Equinox (2007).  I have a Icom 207H using a maldal mk30 powermount that I would like to install.  Looking for ways into the cabin without drilling a hole, also looking for locations to tap for power.  They've really tightened up the firewall to the point I'm not sure you can find a place to drill or a hole to use.

Thanks.

There is always a way if you set about it correctly. Go to my web site, look in the Photo Gallery under Other Installs. You just might find what you need.
