I am looking for a good mobile antenna that will work on a Motorola mount that I can use to transmit on both 2 meters and 70 cm, as well as use for monitoring on 800 mHz.  Does anybody have any good recommendations?

How would you do this? TX on 2/70 and RX on 800?

Connect the antenna to a single dual band (2m/70cm) amateur transceiver with Receive capability in 800-900 MHz!

On the other hand if you're running a separate receiver/scanner (or even X-mitter) for for 800MHz, you'd be best to run a separate antenna cut for 800 MHz, say Larsen NMOSPEC800 (13") or NMOQSPEC800 (4")
