Does anyone know how to set the crossband feature on a kenwood tmv7a?

Refer to pages 81&82 of your instruction manual.  Note that cross-band is only available on 'K' model radios.

Yes, and you'd best read the FCC rules about it too! Remember! Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Also, be sure to find out what frequencies can be used
for cross-banding. not all are acceptable.
