I have a 102" CB (27mhz)whip on my boat and am interested in:

To what lenth(s) could I trim this antenna to make it usable on VHF marine (156.22-157.4 mhz)?

You would have to cut it down to 18" (1/4 wvelength at 157 MHz) but it wouldn't work very well.  I'd keep it as a CB ant or use it for a stereo.  There are plenty of very good VHF Marine antennas on the market for around $35.  Any of them will work better than a 1/4 wave whip.
