As a former Ontario Resident I would have to ask;
What part of Northern Ontario?
Kenora? Moosonee? North Bay? or
Northern Ontario as in Algonquin, Pembroke, / Ottawa region ?
An active club I used to hear a lot about was located in North Bay.
The club call as I remember it was VE3NBC.
...NBC as in North Bay Club.
