Thanks, Paul!  Actually I received a nice note from Ralph along with a copy of the latest TSRAC bulletin in the mail a few days ago.  I had sent an e-mail to Ralph at the address listed at QRZ.com and I guess it reached him.  I will be sending my renewal application in this weekend!

TSRAC is very much alive and thriving.  I have emailed your query to both Ralph and Butch WD8PPR.  There is a Sunday chat net every Sunday evening at 8pm on or near 7.240 or a little higher depending on QRM.  If you are able, please join us...Ralph is there every Sunday and provides not only club news but also FCC news pertinent to Amateur Radio.

If you provide an email address, I will send you the March 2003 newsletter for your reading pleasure.

Is the Triple States Radio Amateur Club still around?  It was based near Adena, OH and originally had members in PA and WV as well, but eventually grew to have hundreds of members all over the US and DX as well.  I was a member in the mid-1970s and again in the mid-1980s, but became inactive.

Ralph, K8AN, was instrumental in starting and running the club.  He also helped me get my start in RTTY way back when!  I tried a search on the internet but couldn't find a current link or web site for them.

Thanks and 73,

K8AN lists his e-mail address on QRZ as "k8an@aol.com" .Judging by the number of hits on his call at QRZ , he's still active.
