Louisa Amateur Radio Association is a newly founded organization dedicated to the furthering of amateur radio in the area. We serve not only Louisa VA, but also surrounding counties. SkyWarn and ARES are at the top of our list of priorities. For more information check out:

N4LFJ-

Congratulations on the establishment for the new Amateur Radio club!

I am proud after being licensed 38 years to be a charter member of the Estancia Valley Amateur Radio Association (Torrance County, New Mexico SouthEast of Albuquerque)! We voted to approve our constitution and by-laws at our May 14 meeting. We are moving forward to be ARES affiliated, VE exam coordination for the area, and are currently conducting weekly nets on the 444.075 repeater atop Capilla Peak just West of us. A big thanks to Elliot W5NES for making his repeater available to EVARA! Since May we have participated in numerous emergency related activities to assist Torrance County.

Keep up the great work you are doing!

Best 73's,
