I trashed my programming software for my VX10!

can anyone help me with a replacement?

its in russian but if you click on some of the headings - you will get a list of radio manuals and software - there is a copy of the program as a zip file near the bottom of the page.

If you know where I can get a cheap cable - i would be grateful for info.
