My ic-735 receives excellent on all bands, transmits perfectly except on 17,15,12,10 meters. Has worked excellent until now.Wont tx on mentioned bands, also has high amp draw from power supply, freq display also dims during attempted tx. Some say it could be my low pass filter components that went bad. any suggestions, and how hard would it be to fix.Any ideas would be helpful.

Look at the schematic for the LPF board. Check to see if your getting the relay voltage for RL9,10 for 17 and 15 meters, check RL11,12 for 12 and 10 meters. If this voltage is not present when these bands are selected, you may have a bad IC10 (BA618) on the PL board. Its an easy fix.
