I just purchased a used TH-G71A online. When I drop the radio in the rapid charger, the charging light blinks red. The light never stays solid red or turns to solid green.

Does anyone know what this means? I can't find anything in the manual.

A blinking red led usually means that the battery is not good (short, wont take a charge ect).

Yeah, that is what I figured. The guy I bought it from claimed both batteries worked before he shipped them out....figures. This is the second time I have been burned buying used equipment on this website.

Buyer beware....
