I took apart my Heil Pro-set Plus head set to replace the HC-5 element, but some how lost the resistor that was on the element with the 1uf capacitor.

Running it on Icom pro III rig!

Could anyone please tell me what value resistor it is?

If possible can you tell me which goes first to what lead from P.C. board bewtween the Resistor, Capacitor and element.

The paper holding the resistor was the schematic I drew up. Guess in the garbage!

Thanks!

Why not go to the Heil website and ask Bob himself?  He tries to answer e-mail quickly.

After telling the people  at Heil I had the element I explained it to them as I did you then poped the question.

Their answer wwas "oh!, we have kits for sale to get the job done".

Hello! All I needs is some info.

Does anyone have  Ic Pro-set head set w/ 4 & 5 element in it, and can answer my question

Thanks!

Considering my experiences with Heil Sound over the years, I'm really surprised they blew you off.

I have never had any problem getting information out of them.

I never heard of Bob not answering a problem if you sent him a E-Mail. I really don't think this was a nightmare, I'll tell you some war stories if you want to hear nightmares..
