How do you access the service/alignment menu in the VX7R.  My radio is over deviated and the PL tones are too hot as well..

Thanks..

How do you know the deviation and tone level are off? Is this the result of looking at the output on a service monitor or did someone tell you this based on their ears?

Unless you have access to a service monitor, and know what you are doing, I would NOT mess with any adjustments.

It was checked by observation on a service monitor.  Do you have the access codes to the service menu..

No, but I bet a service manual will have what you need.

Hello all,
Just an update for everybody, you can now get the manual or service manual direct from http://www.tigereye.net.au/vk4ion/resources.html . Thanks to VK4ION for posting this to his site. ( I had no way to put it on the web, If the link goes down in the future I can still be e-mailed)
