I am currently building a 40m qrp transceiver from a design in the 1977 edition of the book Solid State Design for the Radio Amateur (page 223).  In this design, the product detector is a CA3028A.  I am having some difficulty finding this part, and wonder what the QRP guru's would suggest as a replacement.

This is my first attempt at building a transceiver.  All of the other units I have made have been transmitters, but I want something that I have built... the whole thing.

Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
