does any one know where I can find instructions how to build a qrp tuner, schematics and parts lists would be nice...

The Z-11 tuner from LDG comes in kit form. It was made to work with the FT-817 but will work with any QRP rig.

Emtech makes a great tuner kit for $50 that will tune anything.
