Dear Friends,

With the help of a few friends, I have just finnished repairing my TenTec Argonaut 505.  I also have the INRAD SSB narrow filter to install for it.  Any other ideas for this rig to improve it - CW and espescially on SSB would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I put the CW Drive and Mic Gain controls onto a dual
pot in place of the meter sensitivity control, giving
convenient control from the front panel.  A pre-set
trip pot works fine for the meter sensitivity since
it doesn't need to be readjusted.

There also is a mod to increase the standing current
in the finals for better linearity on SSB - this
should be on the mods.dk site I think.
