What happened to the Ten Tec Argonaut 3 and 4?  In the early 90s there was the Argonaut II (low power version of the Delta 2), and then around 2000 they came out with the Argonaut V?  I know that there was a low power version of the Scout-model number 556?  What this also referred to as an Argonaut III or IV?

Ten Tec currently counts their Argonauts this way:

1.  Argonaut 505 (the original, from 1971)
2.  Argonaut 509
3.  Argonaut 515
4.  Argonaut II (535)
5.  Argonaut V (516)

The Argonaut II was misnamed by this logic.  This came up a few years ago on the Ten Tec reflector on contesting.com and the answer came from someone at Ten Tec, I can't remember if it was Scott or Stan.  Anyway, that is the official answer.

The Argosy (525), Argosy II (525D), and Argo (556) are not Argonauts.

Caity
