Scott,

From what I've seen, I think that 20m would be the best band for QRP operation. I operate on 40m and find 7040 cluttered with RTTY and 7030 swamped with all kinds of stations all looking, strictly, for DX. Most are not interested in domestic stations whether QRP or QRO.
