Is anyone else hearing what I believe to be an idling digital station on 18105.8 today (Oct 12 @ 2036 UTC)? Seems to have been parked there for most of the day.

It looks like this is a combination of a spur of R Exterior de Espana transmitting 17595 khz and stations operating either Throb or Hell modes.  The spur is all over 17 today during their voice peaks.
