My cable company runs a digital system using par cables, not coax. I seem to be taking out there signal in the area only on the 80 meter band. I have had my station checked by an engineer and I am well within specs and operating freq.  Seems there boxs are running near the 3.5 mhz freq. I hate to be a bother, but this is getting to be too much trouble.
I don't think they can take me off the air without
a court order, but I want happy neighbors too. I switched to Dish TV and do not bother my TV's at all.
Just don't know what else to do?HuhHuh? Thanks for letting me vent.  Gary  AJ4NK

If you are operating legally and have a "clean" station, then the problem is THEIRS to solve and not yours. You are NOT responsible for defects in their cable system or installation.

If they say anything further, tell them to file a complaint with the FCC. If the neighbors say anything to you, tell them to file a complaint with the FCC. In either case, I suspect the cable company will be ordered by the FCC to clean up their act in very short order.

A smoking section in a restaurant makes as much sense as a peeing section in a swimming pool.

I'll just bet you will get faster action by calling:

Kentucky Public Service Commission; 730 Schenkel Lane, PO Box 615; Frankfort, KY, 40602; Phone: (502) 564-3940.
