Recently, I've looked up a few calls that are not in the eHam database. However, they were on other sites.

I'm just wondering how often the eHam database is updated.

Thanks

It seems we missed some updates recently.  I assume that the hacker-induced crash we suffered in September caused us some trouble.  We definitely need to do a complete resynch.

Normally, we updated once a week...

Really? When does that week 'start'?

I sent an address change on the 6th, the FCC made the update on 10 JUN. The ARRL page had it on the 11th, as did QRZ.

I suggest you folks update a little more often. You folks are more than a week out of date. Smiley

Admittedly, we've had a few hiccups with the code of late.

Let's hope it's really working now!

Good thing it was just a hiccup and not a barf! <g>

It seems to be correct now.

Yeah, but those were nasty hiccups!

Let's hope it stays working.  It has definitely caused us some grief.

Correction: The updates are supposed to happen every night.  Unfortunately, they still seem to be broken.

I upgraded effective 10 July 03.  This is 2 Aug 03.  This site still has not acted upon the information contained within the FCC site which IS reflected in all other sites.  Is it probable that the problem will never be corrected?  And, if this is the case, is there a workaround to update the license class field?

1) We are experiencing some serious (and recurring)
problems with our FCC updates.

2) There is no way for individuals to manually update the FCC address info.

Sorry for the trouble.
