I am sure that many of you know the answer to my problem at least I am counting on it.  Yesterday, I noticed that everytime that I put my hand microphone down on my desk it would key my rig.  I switched mics to a desk mic and if I set the microphone down less than gently, the rig is momentarily keyed.  This just started yesterday.

Any help you can provide me would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim

You didn't say what the rig or microphone actually are, but it sounds to me like you've set the rig into the VOX mode, and didn't mean to.

See if your VOX is switched "on."

Thanks again.
