I tracked ALL transceiver sales on Ebay for all of August until the 2nd week in September of this year.  I only tracked radios that were supposedly functioning.  There were 14 TS-450S's that I noted of which 6 were right at the $400 price.  There were 3 that were in the high $500's.  The highest priced one was $681 and the lowest was $335.  Keep in mind that unless you knew what went with them might make a difference in price.  Many of the sellers don't include a mike (I don't know what they do with the old one) and some didn't have power cords.  That may affect the price.  I could be that the highest price one may have had an external speaker included or a power supply.  In a nutshell a price from the high $300's to low $400's would probably catch most of them.
