Hm.

Network analyzer good through 20GHz. A scope that was similar.

Milling machine.

Lathe.

SMD reflow oven.

Lots of parts and circuit board stock.

Some sort of direct PC Board printer.

A couple of pretty flexible commercial HF rigs, probably one SDR and one good semi-portable one with a great receiver. Let's say a Flex 5k and an Elecraft K3 with everything for now.

A bunch of good transverters for VHF/UHF/microwave.

A couple big "experiment" towers, like 100 foot self supporters but with a really easy way to swap antennas, like that guy who installed a crankup on top of a microwave type tower with a platform.

Probably one tower with something like a SteppIR Dream Beam on top for when I just need to work that new one without building anything, and a good low band vertical or array for the same down low.

Lots of land for a low band RX setup.

That'll keep me busy.

A country that would not allow HOA's to rule that you can't even have a tiny little 2m antenna on the back of the garage that people cant even see unless they are in YOUR backyard anyway.
