oh, and one more thing Ian, court records are public record, there is no filing by you or anyone representing you, I checked, although I do know one were you were the defendant, did you pay that money back you owe to VanBoxtel? Maybe thats where my $450 went.

Ben, I found another judgment against you, wow !! You have not won a civil case yet. You owe not just me but a few other folks. Remeber, when you respond to this post with some BS story, you m.o. is the same, that court records are public. Just pay my money back that you openly admit you owe me for a repeater you never sent.

That is what this forum is for. Make sure no one else  gets ripped off by this guy. Has nothing to do with a "peeing contest". This post was started to warn other hams, so they wont get ripped off by W9ZFX.

Never said my transaction was with either of the parties involved in this peeing contest. It was with BrewWiz1 on eBay.

Sounds like a personal issue between two people, which should not be grudged out on an open forum.  Keep it amoungst yourselves!

I agree.  What started out as a warning to others has turned into an embarrassing pi**ing contest. You guys can settle this out of the forum and enough of the tit for tat squabbling.
