I bought an antenna from Moe, N4CQW in early February and still no antenna. He have responded to a couple fo my emails with excuses and promises but then no action. Then he stops to respond to emails for a month or so. I found a phone number on-line in the white pages by using his address on qrz.com but he is not returning my calls (maybe not the right number).

I'll start to read up on the Small Claims Court stuff and move forward with this.

You shipped an item, before you got paid, to a ham in another STATE over 1,5000 miles away. Now you're not sure you can find him, but you think you can take him to Small Claims Court? I'm not a lawyer, but I don't even think you can file Small Claims Court across state lines.

Must have been an expensive antenna! Why didn't you wait for the money?

You'll NEVER SEE A PENNNY from Small Claims.
haulk it up to experience and mive on.
Sorry this had to happen to you.

In 24 years as a ham, I have never, EVER had a problem with a buy or sale. Bt thenn, I  used a little common sense.

5R8GQ has made several posts lately devoid of common sense.  You may want to try to comprehend other's posts before commenting.  That, or don't drink and post.
